A great and simple strategy to training involves costs, return on investment (ROI) and benchmarks. Naturally, training costs money and budgets matter. The skillful trainer knows how to stay within budget without compromising the quality of training. The return on investment can be observed when employees demonstrate improved knowledge and skills. Last, every trainer should have goals they wish to reach.
